A SafeKey Administrator is the individual within your organisation who controls access to passwords,passwords. Administrators can seeview, them,manage, and canupdate changestored themcredentials ifas required.
If youyour arebusiness usinguses multiple organisations,organisations youwithin SafeKey, each organisation can have separateits administratorsown indesignated eachadministrator.
Administrators generallytypically:

This allows time to join.become familiar with the platform and to ensure key passwords and access structures are in place before wider rollout.
Adding New Users to the SafeKey Service
In
Adding addinga new usersuser to SafeKey is a two-step process.
Step they1: Assigning a Licence
The user must first be assigned a SafeKey licence. ToThis achieveis this,done by sending an "invite"invitation, is sent towhich the new user that they must accept. ThisOnce licenseaccepted, effectilythe grantlicence grants the user access to the SafeKey Vault.
At athis Vaultstage, member, athe user can store their own personal passwords, but willdoes not yet have access to any business-wideshared passwordbusiness sharing.passwords.
Step 2: Adding the User to an Organisation
The second componentstep is to add the user to aone specificor organisation(s).more Onceorganisations. again, thisThis is also completed via an invitation-and-acceptance process,invitation and itacceptance isprocess.
Once the user accepts the organisation's invitation, they will gain access to shared corporate passwords.passwords and resources, depending on the permissions assigned.
