3. Purchasing Licences for SafeKey

Once you have completed the account creation form, an email will be sent to you allowing you to log in.

At this point, you can nominate how many users the service is needed for. The service is paid for on an annual basis ($36 + GST per user per year), but it can also be added to at any time. We suggest purchasing the required licenses up front to make renewals easier. We handle accounts for corporate customers, which means you are either an existing Logical Solutions customer or you have purchased 50+ users in a single instalment. 

You also have options for purchasing support. 

Deployment support (available only initially) provides up to 3 hours of support to set up SafeKey and, in most cases, is used for training your site administrator. 

By default, SafeKey includes free Email support with a 24-hour response time per entry. 

Priority support will mean we can provide business hours, a 2-hour response time, or phone support. The support packs are time-based and will be credited to your account.
