Client Software

SafeKey uses Bitwarden as the client software installed on customer devices.

While the client application itself is provided by a third party, it connects directly to the SafeKey servers hosted and managed in New Zealand. This approach allows us to deliver a secure, enterprise-grade password management service while keeping costs affordable and tailoring the service to the needs of NZ businesses.

By managing the infrastructure locally and providing NZ-based support, SafeKey delivers the same core functionality as overseas providers, without the overseas pricing or lack of local accountability.
