Support Options
SafeKey offers both email and telephone support.
Support packages will be made available and can be purchased in 1hour, 3hour or 5-hour blocks. If you are an existing Logical Solutions customer, your standard support allocations and service agreements may also be used.
Free Email support is available and offers a 48-hour response time.
All paid support responses can be via email (2-hour response time), by phone via our SafeKey phone line at (09) 281 3900, or, for Logical Solutions customers, via our standard support numbers.
