Support Options

SafeKey offers both email and telephone support. 

Support packages will be made available and can be purchased in 1hour, 3hour or 5-hour blocks. If you are an existing Logical Solutions customer, your standard support allocations and service agreements may also be used.

Free Email support is available and will be offered with a service level of 24 hours24-hour pre-response.response time.  

All paid support responses can be via email (2-hour response)response ortime), by phone via our SafeKey phone line at (09) 123467,281 or3900, or, for Logical Solutions customers, via our standard support numbers.
