Support Options
SafeKey offers both email and telephone support.
Support packages will be made available and can be purchased in 1hour, 3hour or 5-hour blocks. If you are an existing Logical Solutions customer, your standard support allocations and service agreements may also be used.
Free Email support is available and will be offered with a service level of 24 hours pre-response.
All paid support responses can be via email (2-hour response) or by phone via our SafeKey phone line (09) 123467, or for Logical Solutions customers, our standard support numbers.
